Ingredients
2 tsp lemon zest
1 cup oats
30g almonds, roughly chopped
¼ tsp baking powder
2 tsp honey
1 cup milk of choice
2 tsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup preferred frozen berries
Yoghurt to serve (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 190˚C
Combine all ingredients in a small baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is nicely golden.
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt.
