no-bake chocolate slice

This no-bake chocolate slice is a Bare Health Studio staple. It’s sweet, decadent and satisfies those chocolate cravings- best of all, it can be easily whipped up in a matter of minutes!. It’s got beautiful magnesium rich cacao and almonds, hormone loving healthy fats from coconut oil and tahini and iron containing dried figs to support the balancing of our hormones.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup raw cacao

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup rice malt syrup 

½ cup tahini 

4 dried figs, roughly chopped

A handful of almonds, roughly chopped

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a small tray lined with baking paper. Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and store in the fridge.
