strawberry cheesecake overnight oats

Let’s make cheesecake overnight oats 🍰 If you love overnight oats and you love cheesecake then you’ll love this healthy twist. Oats are such a great breakfast option- they’re nourishing and full of fibre. We’ve added ricotta to this overnight oats recipe because ricotta is a good source of protein and fat which will make these oats extra satiating- keeping you fuller for longer. 🍓

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup oat mylk
1/3 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 tsp local honey

To serve:
Almond butter or almonds
Strawberries
Lemon zest (only use organic lemons)

Method: Combine oats, milk, ricotta and honey in a bowl. Cover and leave overnight or for an hour in the fridge. Top with strawberries, almonds/almond butter and lemon zest.
